Camera Ready Guideline for IBITeC 2023
Acceptance Notification
- Check your email for notification from EDAS indicating that your paper is accepted to our conference.
- Check your EDAS Dashboard to ensure that your paper has been accepted. The authors can also check the reviewers’ comments.
- Notification will be sent to authors on 17 August 2023 (regular) or 17 September 2023 (extended #1) or 24 September 2023 (extended #2)
Payment and Registration
- For Indonesian authors, payment should be made by bank transfer. Please see https://ibitec.uii.ac.id/#reg for reference
- For non-Indonesian authors, payment should be made through EDAS. Please see this step-by-step guidance
- Once you have made payment, please make a payment confirmation and register a presenter by filling this confirmation form.
- Register a presenter of your accepted paper on the EDAS dashboard. One of the authors needs to register his/her name on the ‘Presenter’ columns.

Camera Ready
- Revise your manuscript based on the feedback/comments provided by the reviewers. Subsequently, upload the final version of your manuscript (revised version) to your EDAS dashboard. Make sure you have checked the manuscript compatibility using IEEE PDF eXpress.
- It is worth to note that the author needs to complete IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM before uploading the revised version of the manuscript on EDAS. Please see Author Guidelines for reference.
- The authors are required to draft a letter or form addressing the feedback provided by the reviewers. Please use your own response letter template and upload the document to your EDAS dashboard.
- Please upload the Microsoft Word file (or LaTeX) of your final manuscript to this submission form.
- Presentation Format: Use your own PowerPoint template for your presentation.
- Each presenter is allotted a total of 15 minutes for their presentation, inclusive of the Q&A session. The initial 1-2 minutes are designated for introduction, while the concluding 3-4 minutes are intended for questions and answers. Accordingly, kindly prepare your presentation with a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
- Please make a prerecorded presentation video in MP4 format that does not exceed 100 MB in size (for online presenter). The on-site presenter is required to submit a PPTX file, which should not exceed 10 MB. Please note that live presentation is compulsory, i.e., prerecorded video and presentation file are for back up purpose, should there be network or other technical issues.
- Kindly submit your presentation materials (MP4 or PPTX files) to your EDAS dashboard.
