IEEE COPYRIGHT AND CONSENT FORM

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to submit the e-copyright form (eCF) to IEEE using the EDAS submission system:

  1. Log In to EDAS: Log in to your EDAS account using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one.
  2. Access Your Paper: After logging in, locate your submitted paper in the EDAS system. You should see a list of your submissions.
  3. Click on the Paper Title: Click on the title of the paper for which you need to submit the e-copyright form. This will take you to the paper’s details page.
  4. Access the Copyright Form: On the paper’s details page, you will find various options and tabs. Look for a tab or link related to “Copyright” or “Copyright Form.” Click on it to access the e-copyright form.
  5. Complete the E-Copyright Form: You will be directed to the IEEE e-copyright form page. Complete the required information, including author details, paper title, and conference details. Make sure to follow the instructions provided on the form.
  6. Verify Information: Double-check all the information you have entered on the e-copyright form for accuracy. Ensure that all author names are correctly spelled and that the paper title is accurate.
  7. Accept Terms and Conditions: Review the IEEE copyright terms and conditions. If you agree to them, check the box indicating your acceptance.
  8. Submit the Form: Once you have completed all the required fields and accepted the terms and conditions, look for a “Submit” or “Save” button on the e-copyright form page. Click on this button to submit the form.
  9. Confirmation and Receipt: After submitting the e-copyright form, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your submission was successful. You may also receive an email confirmation.
  10. View or Print Copyright Receipt: You can usually access and view the copyright receipt or confirmation through the same EDAS system. Look for an option that allows you to view or print your copyright receipt. Keep a copy of this receipt for your records.
